Welcome to Kuelox Vibe Lab. Kuelox Vibe Lab is operated by 珠海沛屿有限责任公司 ("Kuelox," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate this store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://kueloxvibelab.com/policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your country of residence.

Product descriptions, availability, packaging, and prices may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities by customer, order, location, or jurisdiction. Any material product restriction will be disclosed where required.
Follow product labels, safety instructions, age recommendations, ventilation guidance, and storage instructions. Children should use art materials under appropriate adult supervision. Certain products, including aerosols or restricted materials, might not be available for every destination.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment, subject to applicable law.
We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or listing error, shipping restriction, or violation of these Terms. If payment has been captured for an order we cancel, we will refund the affected amount.
Review your order and address before submitting it. Contact us promptly if you request a cancellation or correction. We will try to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

4. Prices, Taxes, Duties, and Payment
The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of an obvious error as permitted by law. Promotions and discounts may be subject to separate conditions and may change or end without notice.
Available shipping rates depend on the destination and order value and are described in our Shipping Policy (https://kueloxvibelab.com/policies/shipping-policy). Free shipping applies only to destinations or order values identified in that Policy or at checkout.
Applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs charges are included in the amount charged at checkout or are otherwise borne by us. You should not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes to receive an accepted order. If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests such payment, contact us before paying where practicable.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and agree to keep billing and account information accurate.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Processing and delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Delays may occur because of customs, carriers, weather, public holidays, peak periods, restricted products, incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the order is delivered to you or a person you designate, except where you independently arrange and contract with a carrier that we did not offer. If tracking shows a material delay, loss, or damage, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Returns, damaged or incorrect goods, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (https://kueloxvibelab.com/policies/refund-policy). That Policy does not limit statutory rights that apply to defective or nonconforming goods or legal rights of withdrawal.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, product photography, videos, audio, software, and layout, are owned by or licensed to Kuelox, our affiliates, or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except as permitted by law or with prior written permission, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, exploit, scrape, or create derivative works from protected portions of the Services.
Third-party content, including embedded social-media posts and creator content, remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner or platform. Displaying third-party content does not transfer ownership to us or to you.

Shopify provides the commerce platform used to operate the Services. Purchases from our store are made directly from Kuelox, not Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling our obligations to you. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have against Shopify for Shopify's own acts or obligations under applicable law.
11. Privacy

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Kuelox and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers against third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by us and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
19. Severability
If a provision is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
