1. How long will it take to receive my order?

• Processing Time: All orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.

• Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8-15 business days depending on your location.

2. Where do you ship to?

• We ship to the USA, Europe, Canada, Japan, Russia, and Saudi Arabia.

• Please note: Fixative Spray is currently only available for shipping to the US, UK, France, Germany, and Italy.

3. What is your return policy?

• We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

4. Can I return a product after I've used it?

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that have been tested or used cannot be returned.

5. Who pays for the return shipping?

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Are there any restocking fees?

• No, we do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.
