Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kuelox Vibe Lab. We want you to be inspired by your new art supplies. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the return request must be initiated within this 30-day period.

2. Condition of Items (Strictly Enforced)

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • No Returns After Use: Items that have been worn, used, or tested are not eligible for return or refund.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and protective seals (such as shrink wrap) intact.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for returns.

  • Return Address: All returns must be sent to the following authorized location:

    2nd Floor, Quanda Company Compound, No. 256 Zijing Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, 519099, China.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first at kueloxvibelab@gmail.com.

  2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  3. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

5. Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If the item is found to be used or not in its original condition, the refund may be rejected.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
