1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

The shipping method is airmail small packet express service.Our delivery time typically ranges from 8-15 business days after the order has been shipped. Shipping costs vary by region and order value:

3. Special Product Restrictions (Fixative Spray)

Due to international shipping regulations for aerosol products, our Fixative Spray is currently ONLY available for shipping to the following countries:

  • United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Germany.

  • If your shipping address is outside these regions, we unfortunately cannot fulfill orders containing fixative products at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Kuelox Vibe Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at kueloxvibelab@gmail.com immediately.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
